Outstanding service at a lower commission.
This was our second time using Lucid Realty. First buying our Chicago home with Eddie in 2019, then selling with Marco in 2026. Marco put together a plan and within 3 days of going live, we were under contract. He was very involved with every showing, coordinated the offers, and worked with the buyers' agent for all the steps in selling a home in Chicago. He smoothly navigated the entire process.
The real estate business has been going through some dramatic changes the last few years and Lucid Realty has been ahead of those changes. Not sure why we'd go back to the higher commission structures when there are options like Lucid Realty. Highly recommend them for the Chicago area.

We were Portage Park homeowners who were moving to be closer to family. Marco was the newest of the four realtors we interviewed. He believes the trend up Milwaukee Avenue from his old neighborhood (Ukrainian Villiage), the proximity to transportation, and the improvements all around the area made Portage Park a good investment. He moved his family to Portage Park to back up that conviction.

After our parents passed, my brother and I kept the home/house we grew up in as a rental. When it came time to sell it, our vision was clouded by history, and the preferences of retired guys. For us it was a home & not a building. Marco helped us choose a decorating scheme that attracted contemporary buyers and suggested a way to stage the living room that we couldn’t have dreamed of. After the prep, he had 2 offers after 7 showings. One of them was full price and “as is”. Marco helped with negotiations after the village’s pre-sale inspection came back with requirements that would be found in new construction and were not common when the home was built in 1950. The house was listed after Labor Day and closed at the end of October. I recommend Marco as a realtor and would not look anywhere else.
